Unlimited Streaming invoice: payments, billing date, unsubscription, deletion of customer account

Our team is reviewing the operation of our Unlimited Streaming billing system, your streaming service for series and movies: we explain everything about your billing, the payment system, how to cancel your Unlimited Streaming subscription, and delete your customer account.

Cancellation, refund, unsubscription: stop my stream package or close my account

As provided by law, for distance sales and online purchases, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days. If you subscribed to the Unlimited Streaming offer 14 days ago or less, you can contact us by email at support-bw@my-subscriptions-bw.com to exercise your consumer rights and request the cancellation of your subscription. Our team will respond as quickly as possible.

After this legal period, a refund for your subscription and Unlimited Streaming bill cannot be requested: as stated in our terms and conditions of sale that you read and accepted when becoming a customer, any week started is due for payment with mobile operator billing, and any month started is due for subscription payment by credit card.

However, you can request to unsubscribe at any time:

Once the unsubscribe request is made, it is automatically processed by our system. Depending on the payment method initially chosen, the following week or month will not be charged. No further Unlimited Streaming bills will be issued thereafter.
